It is indeed a pleasure to welcome to sponsors, families and athletes to the Annual Main Street 5K/10K Festival and Fitness Expo. The competition on April 20, 2013 will not be easy, for those striving for the top three prizes in both the men’s and women’s divisions. We expect to attract a variety of ages and levels of runners. There will be over 60 individual medals and prizes for largest & fastest 5K/10K teams. The participation of a community to benefit worthy volunteer organizations is a great goal to accomplish on any level.
Family walking, running, stroller fun, food, face painting….fun for everyone! Our sponsors continue to find new and innovative ways to enhance the event, and for that we are grateful. I would like to commend EACH past and future sponsor for their generous and continued support of our worthy event allowing us to grow each year.

Race Day Highlights
Prerace Packet pickup 5-8 p.m. at the Atlantic Sports Health back entrance of Wellness Center 89 Sparta Ave.
Race Day parking at Old Stop and Shop, Faith Baptist Church, backside Wellness Ctr and Hilltop Country Day School
Morning packet pickup begins 7:30 and registration open till 9:00 a.m.
Course is well marked with three water stops. Event is chip timed, and returning promotional chips would be appreciated
Open Course with temporary road closures, 9 police and various traffic controls.
Walkers, pets and strollers begin the back of the race. 10K is run only.
Tickets to purchase food and drink to benefit SONJ, game tickets purchased in lobby and turf area
Door prizes won by race bib ticket, and further chances greater with purchased tickets // 50/50 raffle with SONJ
First Hope Bank Dash for Cash for winners of age groups Boy/Girls 9&U, 10-15, & Special Olympians
The 1 Mile Incentive $ for 5K / 10K Male and females
All runners meet at the finish area for 9:15 national anthem next to Lakeland Bank
Massage is free compliments of First Hope Bank. Awards are 10 year age groups and begin around 11:15
Grand Prize: Propane Grill from Eastern Propane at 11:45 a.m. Winner must be present.Main Street Events
